Homeowners,
There have been a number of cars parked on the street which is a violation. Please move cars to your driveway so that it is safe for all to traverse the streets.
There are also a number of mail boxes damaged and in need of repair.
If any homeowner knows a contractor that would like to advertise on the HOA website, please let us know. The cost to advertise would be $15 per month.

Annual Homeowners dues are due January 1st and considered late after January 31st.
