The Association is organized for the purpose of providing common services to all Lot Owners; maintaining landscaping and the Common Areas; providing enforcement of the covenants and restrictions; and engaging in activities for the mutual benefit of the Owners.
The Board has done it’s best to resolve in a positive way all the challenges put before it. More challenges remain, and we welcome the support and assistance of residents willing to help us resolve these and other outstanding community issues.
Lately there have been a few complaints and covenants violations that the Architectural Control Committee would like to address to all residents of Meadowbrook Farm.
Architectural Control Committee function:
Monitor covenants’ compliances, to review and approve/disapprove application for exterior improvements of residential lots and requests for Common Area Modifications.
Work to improve the clarity of the Covenants and Restrictions through the creation of Architectural Guidelines. After each monthly meeting, the ACC will notify individual homeowners in writing, of approval, disapproval or additional information on their application.
The Architectural Committee is concerned with maintaining and enhancing the value of the homes in Meadowbrookfarm Sudivision through enforcement of the neighborhood covenants.
The Architectural Control Committee has received calls from some of the homeowners residents asking that we address the following:
Any modifications to the exterior (Article VI Section 2)
No buildings, outbuildings, retaining walls, endwalls, fences or other structures shall be erected, placed or altered, nor shall a building permit for such improvements be applied for on any lot until the proposed plans, specifications, exterior building or color or finish, plot plan (showing the proposed location of such building or structure, drive and parking areas) have been submitted for approval.
APPROVAL SHALL BE GRANTED OR DENIED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE. Based upon compliance with the provisions of the covenants.
